Trash Troopers Service Agreement for Junk Removal
This service Agreement (“Agreement”) lays out all terms and conditions between Trash Troopers, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and the customer who requested service, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”
1. Junk Removal
a. Service Description: Provider agrees to remove and dispose of the junk items specified by the Customer in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
2. Service Terms and Conditions:
a. Payment: Customer agrees to pay the total service fee and the required deposit fee specified within the invoice before or on the Effective Due Date. Payment methods accepted are Credit/Debit or Cash. No Checks Allowed.
b. Waste to be Collected: The provider will take photos of all items to be collected before and after to ensure all items are taken as directed by the customer.
c. Prohibited Items: Customer agrees not to include hazardous materials, toxic substances, explosives, or any items prohibited by local regulations in the junk removal. The customer is solely responsible for any fines or additional fees incurred due to improper waste disposal.
d. Specialty Acceptable Materials/Items: Any materials/items chosen by the customer to be disposed of by the provider that are deemed specialty items will have separate additional fees per item to be paid by the customer.
e. Access: Customer will ensure safe and unrestricted access to the items to be removed. The provider is not responsible for any damage to property during the removal process.
f. Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the junk removal service, including but not limited to injury to persons or property.
g. Termination: Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and cease junk removal services if Customer breaches any terms or conditions outlined herein
3. Insurance: Provider shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage for its business operations. The customer is encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for any potential liability arising from the junk removal service.
4. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota.
5. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
6. Amendments: Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
7. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Trash Troopers Dumpster Rental Agreement
This service Agreement (“Agreement”) lays out all terms and conditions between Trash Troopers, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and the customer who requested service, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”
1. Rental Terms and Conditions:
a. Payment: Customer agrees to pay the total service fee specified within the invoice before or on the Effective Due Date. Payment methods accepted are Credit/Debit or Cash. No Checks Allowed.
b. Delivery and Pickup: Provider will deliver the dumpster to the specified location on the Start Date and retrieve it on the End Date. Any requested changes to the schedule must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
c. Prohibited Materials: Customer agrees not to place hazardous materials, including but not limited to, toxic substances, explosives, flammable materials, and biological waste, in the dumpster. The customer is solely responsible for any fines or additional fees incurred due to improper waste disposal.
d. Overfilling: Customer agrees not to overfill the dumpster beyond the maximum fill line indicated by Provider. Additional fees may apply if the dumpster is overfilled.
e. Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the dumpster, including but not limited to injury to persons or property.
f. Termination: Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and retrieve the dumpster at any time if Customer breaches any terms or conditions outlined herein.
g. Access: Customer must ensure safe and obstruction free loading and unloading zone for the provider. Unsafe and obstructed loading zones will result in trip fees for the customer.
h. Specialty Acceptable Materials: Any materials disposed of by the customer that are deemed specialty items will have separate additional fees per item to be paid by the customer.
